Refund policy

Returns

We offer free returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in the same condition you received them
• Be returned with original packaging

To start a return, please contact our support team and we will provide return instructions.

Size Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, we offer free size exchanges. Simply contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
